Job Title: FLT Driver
Location: St Neots
Shift: 07.00-17.00
Rate: £13.00+ DOE
Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking a highly competent FLT Driver to work with an established manufacturing client in St Neots.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly — moving, loading, and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate forklifts (Counterbalance / Reach) safely and in line with company policies.
2. Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas at speed
3. Move stock to designated storage locations.
4. Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and stock handling.
5. Conduct daily safety checks and report any equipment issues.
6. Support general warehouse duties when required.
Requirements
7. Valid Forklift Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited).
8. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
9. Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
10. Good teamwork, communication, and reliability.
11. Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as required.
