Quantity Surveyor - West Kent I am working with a forward-thinking and well-established Quantity Surveying and Project management consultancy who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in West Kent. The Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working. The Company The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly professional construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work. You will be joining a small team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. As a company they cover a range of projects including Education, Heritage, Residential, Industrial, Highways, Commercial and Leisure sectors. The role of the Quantity Surveyor The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily some new projects they have got in including Private homes from £3m - £5m, apartment block £150m and an animal sanctuary! You will not be pigeonholed in this company! As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
