The Role
As Project Manager, youll take ownership of each project from the moment the site is mobilised through to client handover. Youll be on-site, hands-on, and in controlcoordinating teams, managing timelines, and making sure every detail is delivered to perfection.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of bar and kitchen installation projects
Coordinate fitters, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and confident
Ensure all works are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
Maintain strict Health & Safety compliance at all times
Manage budgets, track costs, and address any variations
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed
Inspect works to guarantee premium quality and finish
Lead snagging, sign-off, and post-installation support
What You Bring
Proven experience managing hospitality, bar, or kitchen fit-out projects
Strong technical knowledge (construction, M&E coordination, joinery/metalwork)
Leadership skills to drive teams and resolve issues on-site
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), and First Aid certification preferred
