In this role, you’ll lead a team that partners closely with Sales to accept, complete, and submit bids that are accurate, compelling, and tailored to customer needs—instilling confidence that Evotix can deliver on every requirement. Beyond day-to-day bid delivery, you’ll take a strategic view of the entire process: identifying ways to improve win rates, shorten cycles, and optimise how resources are used. Your leadership will ensure that the bid team not only supports growth but also strengthens Evotix’s position in the market through consistently high-quality submissions. What You'll Do Manage the Bid Team across Australia and the UK Own and optimise the end-to-end Bid process ensuring its efficiency, accuracy, quality, and compliance. Ensuring that an SLA is in place for bid completion and that it is met. Implementing and reporting on bid KPIs to allow monitoring of the performance of the Bid Process. Work with the wider team to triage new bids to ensure that only bids which are a good fit are progressed. Lead the team in completing bids across all geographies Manage high-value, complex RFXs across enterprise and mid-market segments globally. Collaborate with sales to define and execute bid strategy to improve win rates and align with business goals. Oversee the bid technology stack and identify, evaluate, and implement potential improvements. Partner with Evotix’s AI Centre of Excellence to embed AI into bid workflows and content generation while maintaining quality and accuracy of information. Work as part of the bid team to complete bids and manage work loads Maintain and evolve the bid content library, capturing reusable content and insights. Design and deliver training across the business on bid best practices and process adherence, including coaching and mentoring stakeholders on bid best practices, particularly in written content development. Build strong relationships with Sales, Presales, and SMEs to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Analyse bid outcomes and customer feedback to identify improvements and share best practices. What You Bring Essential Minimum 4 years’ experience in bid management Experience in a people leadership role. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with SaaS bid management platforms (e.g., Loopio) and management of content libraries. Excellent written and verbal English skills Strong time management abilities Strong reading and researching skills Editing and proofreading abilities Teamworking skills Proficiency in MS Office Creative thinking Strong interpersonal skills. Beneficial Experience implementing AI tools or automation in bid processes. Success in B2B SaaS bidding, ideally with global enterprise clients. No formal qualifications required, but APMP or similar frameworks are beneficial.
