6. Scanning client records & maintaining tracking spreadsheet
7. Preparing client proposals
8. Onboarding new clients
9. Liaising with clients for onboarding queries
10. Closing clients & associated reporting
11. Support Admin Manager with adhoc activities & projects.
The Successful Applicant
12. Excellent communication both written & verbal
13. Experience in similar admin role
14. Background in accounts/tax firm an advantage but not essential
15. Flexible, agile & adaptable
16. Ability to multi task & work under pressure
