Shop Manager – Full Time
We are looking to recruit a new shop manager for our shop in Brierley Hill, West Midlands.
Pay & Benefits
* Salary: £32,944.97 – £38,355.03 per annum on a 45‑hour contract
* Hours: 45 hours across 5 days per week (Monday‑Friday, with weekend flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example and engage in the day‑to‑day tasks of running a busy shop.
* Motivate and inspire the team to deliver efficient service to customers.
* Recruit, induct, and develop team members through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback.
* Ensure customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
* Control key costs – shrinkage, waste, payroll – to achieve all KPIs, reporting directly to the area manager.
* Meet standards in customer service, cash handling, health & safety, stock management, merchandising and presentation.
Required Qualifications
* A friendly, positive and hardworking approach to work.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate people in a busy environment.
* People‑savvy and able to build strong working relationships.
* Trustworthy, reliable and accountable – you will be an important part of a small team that customers depend on.
* Experience as a manager or assistant manager.
* A full driving licence is desirable; if you do not have a licence you may still apply if you meet the other criteria.
