Youll be a great communicator as youll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the Planned and Responsive works you do provide a great customer experience by being on time and to a high standard A few key points from our role profile: To carry out a range of roofing, pointing, chimney repairs, tiling, brickwork repairs, plaster patching, concreting and other jobbing bricklaying repairs in and around domestic properties. Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHGs Health, Safety and Environment Policy. Maintain effective communication with the supervisory/administration and management staff passing on information, concerns, and problems regarding any jobs. Youll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes and youll love the variety this role brings.
