The Role of the Sales Associate:

15. This is a fast-paced, office-based sales role focused on converting smaller-scale work opportunities

16. You’ll follow up on engineer recommendations and liaise with customers to convert quotes into booked work.

17. You’ll use Excel to track opportunities, manage forecasts, and report on pipeline progress, all while hitting individual and team targets.

18. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of technical services – from plumbing and heating to kitchens and bathrooms and even roofing or electrical.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Associate:

19. Confident communicator with the ability to establish needs and close over the phone with experience in outbound sales

20. Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and Excel (forecasting, reporting)

21. Organised, fast-moving, and thrives in a collaborative, high-volume setting

22. Strong communication is essential – you’ll need to ask the right questions, identify the customer's real needs, and articulate clear solutions.

23. This role requires someone who can build rapport and confidently explain service options over the phone.

24. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of technical services – from plumbing and heating to bathrooms and drainage – so any prior experience or familiarity with trades or technical sectors will be a real asset.
