Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee delivery of large-scale projects. This role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, while managing quality, progress, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend project start-up and site meetings.
* Review project specifications and technical details.
* Manage and track technical submittals through to approval.
* Raise and oversee RFIs.
* Maintain labour tracker and weekly progress reports, highlighting variations.
* Liaise with main contractors and client site teams.
* Coordinate and manage project plant, equipment, and materials.
* Oversee construction, commissioning programmes, and implementation on site.
* Generate regular snag lists and drive improvements.
* Manage handover process and document control systems.
* Maintain project-specific scheduling.
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
* Communicate innovative or project-specific solutions to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
* Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
* Qualification in Construction/Project Management preferred.
* Strong leadership and team supervision experience.
