We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern:
Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. We focus on making things fairer for our members and communities, supporting your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, and offering policies to help you through various life events.
What you'll do:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, supporting the post office counter, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Maintain store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help everyone learn.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
