Head of Retail Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Multiple venues across London About the Role We're looking for an exceptional Head of Retail to take ownership of our food and beverage operations across multiple London venues. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, drives excellence at every level, and knows how to turn outstanding standards into sustainable profitability. What You'll Be Doing As the driving force behind operational excellence and commercial success across our F&B retail outlets, you'll: Lead with Presence Conduct weekly site visits across all venues, being visible, approachable, and actively coaching teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You won't manage from behind a desk – you'll be where the action is. Elevate Standards Carry out comprehensive H&S audits every 3-6 months, ensuring compliance, service quality, and operational processes consistently meet world-class standards. Drive Profitability Take ownership of food and beverage cost management, share P&L insights with café managers, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins across the portfolio. Build Strong Partnerships Act as the primary liaison for venue stakeholders, managing KPIs, gathering actionable feedback, and strengthening relationships that support our business objectives. Commercially Astute You understand the numbers inside out, know how to control costs effectively, and have demonstrable experience driving profitable growth in multi-site F&B operations.
