Data Quality Coordinator Location : Hybrid – Reigate, Surrey (3 days in office, 2 from home) Salary : £31,693 per annum Hours : 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday) Are you passionate about using data to drive meaningful change? What you’ll be doing: As our Data Quality Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for shaping and sharing data that informs key decisions at every level of the organisation. You’ll: Design clear, powerful dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to identify trends, risks, and achievements across services Partner with teams to build confidence in using data, delivering training, resources and coaching to develop data literacy across the organisation Help us mature in how we collect, interpret and act on performance and quality data Ensure that systems are aligned with GDPR and regulatory standards, supporting internal and external data sharing Support the Executive Team and CEO with Board-level governance, including preparing high-quality papers and visual reporting Coordinate policy and quality documentation systems, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and clarity This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in how we use data to improve lives. What you’ll bring: Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (including formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and automation) An eye for impactful data storytelling, making complex information accessible and meaningful for both frontline teams and Board members Experience streamlining processes and building reusable templates and workflows Strong understanding of KPI development, compliance, and performance monitoring A collaborative approach with excellent communication and project coordination skills What can we offer you?
