A regional law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy property team in Luton. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters while playing an important role within the wider team.
The successful candidate will advise clients across a range of sectors including investors, developers and business occupiers.
Duties
* Handling commercial property transactions including sales and acquisitions
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters
* Managing refinancing and secured lending transactions
* Supporting land acquisition and development projects where required
* Working closely with clients to progress matters efficiently
Successful Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 7–10 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Strong experience in landlord and tenant matters and property transactions
* Experience in refinance work and secured lending
* Land acquisition and development experience advantageous
* Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
