The UK Creator team is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and incubating new creators to the TikTok Shop UK ecosystem. Focused on driving early-stage creator success, improving activation rates, and building a scalable pipeline of high-potential creator partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new creators with strong potential for TikTok Shop.
* Lead onboarding processes and deliver training to ensure smooth activation.
* Design and execute incubation strategies to support early-stage creator growth.
* Collaborate with category, operations, and creator teams to match creators with high-converting products.
* Track and analyze creator performance to optimize onboarding and support.
* Maintain strong relationships with creators and manage their growth pipeline.
* Provide regular reports on acquisition, activation, and incubation performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Understanding of creator management, livestream operations, or e-commerce business development.
* Passion for creator acquisition, onboarding, and livestream enablement.
* Strong motivation to learn about livestream commerce, content formats, and performance metrics.
* Data-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate tools is a strong plus.
