Temporary Leasing Support – Manchester – £15 to £18 Per Hour DOE
My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, is currently seeking a customer service professional on a temporary basis to provide onsite lettings support to a build-to-rent residential development in Manchester on a rolling contract until September.
This role will suit a confident, well-spoken individual who can provide viewing and inventory support and lettings administration.
Property experience would be ideal but candidates from customer service, hospitality, or administration backgrounds are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all lettings and rental data are accurately maintained in the system
* Maintain good presentation of available apartments, regularly spot checking and liaising with cleaning staff to ensure high standards
* Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate rental offers
* Complete applicant vetting and new let paperwork
* Assist with inventories and general lettings administration
* Prepare arrival packs and keys for tenant move-ins
* Foster a community feel through communication, events, and innovations as part of the wider site team
* Provide first-class customer service to residents and applicants

Salary: £15 to £18 per hour, depending on experience
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with flexibility (circa 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)
