What You’ll Do:
* Partner with some of the most exciting SaaS vendors in EMEA to scale their GTM teams.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level candidates and clients.
* Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from briefing to offer.
* Work consultatively to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes.
* Contribute to TalentStack’s growth, culture, and strategic direction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Ambitious, driven, and hungry to learn and grow
* 1-3 years in recruitment or B2B sales
* Confident operating in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
* Naturally consultative — able to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates.
* A strong communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* Ideally experienced in recruitment (any market), but we’re open to potential and attitude over titles.
