Transport Quality & Training Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Transport Quality & Training Manager to lead on training, compliance, and quality assurance for BSPS Transport services.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes for BSPS Transport staff.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and NHS standards.
* Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System.
* Support accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to enhance service delivery.
* Act as the transport lead for Health & Safety and COSHH, promoting a strong safety culture.
* Serve as the Quality Lead for BSPS Transport, driving continuous improvement and ensuring services meet required standards of quality, safety and performance.
* Facilitate, coordinate, and continuously develop the QMS in collaboration with Site Leads and Operations Manager.
* Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
* Embed best practice, improve processes and promote high standards of care and service delivery.
Qualifications
* Valid UK full driving licence without points.
* Educated to degree level.
Experience
* In-depth professional expertise derived from theoretical as well as practical experience.
* Experience of delivering training courses.

Other Information
* This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
