Overview
We are looking for Theatre Support Workers to join the team at Royal Preston Hospital. The role supports the operating theatre team, assists the scrub practitioner and helps maintain a clean, safe environment for patient care.
Responsibilities
* Assist the circulating team during surgery, providing support to the scrub practitioner.
* Assist in the movement of clean and dirty instrumentation throughout the theatre complex.
* Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe operating environment.
* Demonstrate a supportive and flexible approach to service delivery.
* Promote Trust values and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
* Participate in shift rotations, including nights and weekends.
