Role Overview

As an IT Business Analyst (Service and Maintenance) at Platned, you will take on a leadership role in providing expertise, implementing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position involves leading teams, mentoring junior and intermediate consultants, and taking ownership of critical client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the definition and implementation of business process improvement projects within IFS ERP system.
* Analyse workflows, business processes and applications to enhance, automate and expedite process improvements.
* Review, analyse, evaluate, and prepare business requirements documents.
* Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications whilst documenting the workflow and converting the same into IT specification documents.
* Create test cases and conduct testing.
* Training users on the use of application systems and processes.
* Analyse data reporting requirements within a business process and facilitate report development and validation.
* Document and develop application system configurations and procedures and create other necessary documentation.
* Deploy and configure mobile applications on Touch Apps Server including Aurena native mobile work order.
* Lead projects to interface disparate information systems such as FSM, quoting, supplier portals and other ERP systems with IFS to achieve the highest levels of effectiveness and business success.
* Prepare and deliver presentations related to business systems, assessments and recommendations.

Requirements

* Educational qualification: degree level (business, accounting, management, computer information systems, mechanical/aerospace engineering, or a related program)
* Minimum 9 years of experience implementing and supporting IFS Service Management
* Minimum 9 years of experience implementing and supporting the IFS Document Management Solution
* Ability to analyze the business portfolios and provide consultancy for service management, supply chain management (ASC, Automotive Supply Chain), manufacturing, and foundation 1 configurations.
* Working Knowledge of IFS Vehicle Information Management (VIM)
* Working knowledge of other IFS modules and integration of Service Management with other modules
* Experience in deploying and implementing an IFS Mobile Work Order Aurena Native solution with related configurations.
* Ability to understand SQL and write complex queries. Familiarity with PL/SQL and other IFS development tools.
* Ability to create functional product designs at varying levels of complexity and depth per customer requirements
* Experience configuring IFS with custom objects.
* Working knowledge in IFS Administration
* Working knowledge of IFS Report Designer and SAP Crystal Reports
* Flexibility to travel across various client locations within and outside London and willingness to work at the client's site.

Desired Skills

* 3+ years of experience implementing/supporting IFS Field Service Management.
* Experience with FSM Configurations, Integrations and Mobile Configurations.
* Experience with IFS Native Mobile Configurations and Integrations
* Experience with IFS PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimization) Integrations and Configurations.
* Strong Interpersonal, influencing skills, effective Presentation skills and ability to communicate concisely.
* Service-orientated attitude, proactive thinker, networker, information seeker and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
