Role: Careers and Progression Adviser Location: Greater Manchester Type: Full time, Temporary Rate: £25 - £30 per hour hour Eden Brown are in need of a Careers advisor on behalf of a leading further education college in Greater Manchester. This is a full time temporary role to start as soon as possible until 15th July. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality careers guidance to individuals and groups with additional support needs. * Track and support the progression of learners, including those with EHCPs and care experience. * Advise on next steps, applications, UCAS, and career development opportunities. * Organise events and resources to enhance progression and employability. * Collaborate with college teams, external partners, and agencies to provide up-to-date advice. * Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and strategic objectives. To apply you will have: * A relevant careers advisor qualification (IAG) * Knowledge of FE/HE careers systems and progression routes * Experience of providing careers guidance in a post 16 environment A DBS is also needed for this role.
