Job Description
3. End to end payroll processing with statutory deductions
4. Processing pension submissions and liaising with HMRC
5. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
6. Liaise with various departments to streamline payroll processes
7. Provide prompt and accurate responses to payroll queries
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly payroll reports
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems
10. Support the wider accounting & finance team as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
11. Experience in processing statutory calculations in payroll
12. Excellent numerical skills
13. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
14. Good organisational and time management skills
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
