Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic organization based in Oxford to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The role offers a salary of up to £27,000 plus attractive benefits, including training and development opportunities.
This is a varied role suitable for a proactive individual who enjoys teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Using and maintaining systems to ensure data accuracy and currency
2. Raising invoices and dispatching them to clients
3. Maintaining tracking spreadsheets
4. Handling customer queries
5. Processing customer payments over the phone
Key Experience and Attributes
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer service skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Some bookkeeping experience; SAP knowledge is a plus
