Base pay range

We are seeking two skilled and proactive Technical Surveyors to join our team dedicated to addressing complex repair issues.

If you’re passionate about improving housing standards and want to be part of a forward-thinking team making a real impact, we want to hear from you. You’ll conduct a crucial role in diagnosing, resolving reports of complex repair within our housing stock.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential, as you will liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and guidance.

Your input will be central to driving forward our commitment to delivering high-quality housing services that really make a difference to the lives of our tenants.

* All employees are eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
* Paid holiday entitlement starts at 26 days per annum and increases with length of service to a maximum of 33 days per annum. This is pro rata for part-time employees
* In addition to the statutory public holidays, we grant an additional statutory day leave at Christmas
* Norwich City Council supports its employees through the provision of occupational health and employee assistance support
