Overview
We are a small, family run wood finishing business in Paddock Wood. We require a cheerful, outgoing and flexible part-time Office Administrator to work Mondays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will possess experience with running a business Instagram account and website management, as well as strong administrative skills, good spelling and grammar. Good rates of pay available for suitable candidate.
Duties
* Manage the company's Instagram account, ie weekly postings.
* Manage the company's website updating as and when required.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Excel for document creation, spreadsheets and presentations.
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential.
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
