Morgan Mckinley is seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Administrator to support the Finance Manager with processing invoices, expenses, and supplier payments, as well as assisting with the monthly payroll. This role offers a varied finance administration and payroll support opportunity, which also involves supporting the wider business with various tasks.
Salary: 28-32K dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid working - Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Accounts & Payroll Admin Assistant duties:
* Raising invoices and credit notes
* Processing payments
* Supporting the monthly payroll process
* Checking and obtaining approval for expenses
* Handling payroll queries
* Providing general admin support such as setting up meetings and arranging travel
Skills and experience required:
* Proven experience in a similar Accounts, Finance, admin, and payroll support role
* Attention to detail and a flexible working approach
* Good IT skills
