What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will support:
* The Service Change Team with management and maintenance of a forward schedule of IT change across the Infrastructure and Cloud teams by supporting regular and effective collaboration with key stakeholders
* Demand and Capacity reviews regularly with key stakeholders to ensure that the forward schedule of change has appropriate resources assigned with ultimate aim to keep the delivery timescales on target
* Delivery of mitigation plans when Risks & Issues are identified
* Successful delivery of an agreed set of service changes using effective change delivery ways of working such as Agile and Scrum
* The Service Change Managers ensuring that key Stakeholders and End Users are fully aware of the up-and-coming IT changes by creating and presenting communication plans/supporting material
* Creation and delivery of management style reporting that clearly explains progress against our key goal, deliverables and planning
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience of supporting delivering change to IT Services
* Service Management experience / Knowledge of working with or for outsourced service providers
* ITIL V4 Foundation
* General working knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management
* Agile and Scrum ways of working knowledge & experience
