Our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department leverages extensive manufacturing know-how for enlightened enterprise systems. Our deep industry experience allows us to drastically reduce process time and effectively streamline business flows for any organization. Our world-class consultants enable organizations to realize the power of the integrated enterprise by providing superior consulting and implementation services.

The Role
We are now recruiting for our 2026 Graduate cohort within Digital Enterprise Solutions. If you are due to Graduate with a Bsc or MSc in Computer Science or related field, please read on!
Our graduate programme can operate a little different to others, alongside a structured training and development programme we want to give you hands-on experience working with our Senior team and our clients. This means meaningful projects that will make a difference. At the end of the 2-year programme with our goal is for you to be fully skilled and ready to move into a designated career path in a specialist/technology with us.
These roles are on site in Warwick, at our state-of-the-art offices with great transport links to site.

Graduates we are looking for
* Achieved/expecting to achieve a 2:1 degree in Computer Science or related field or a Masters/MSc.
* Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOPS concept) in C# or core Java/J2EE.
* Basic knowledge of a cloud platform (Azure/AWS)
* A passion for the automotive sector and evolving that
