Your Company:The team at NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic manufacturing business who are seeking an Account Manager to join the team in the Wokingham area. This company are a leader within the hire market, and specifically target many of their products and services to hire/rental clients, where they have become adept at providing long and short term solutions to fit their clients' needs.This role will be responsible for developing this client base further by nurturing existing accounts with strong account management skills, as well as actively seeking opportunities with new accounts in the area. Most importantly the job holder will need to be proactive and solution orientated, and be able to seek opportunities to leverage accounts when needed.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
1. Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts with proactive sales activity, using a variety of available channels
2. Promoting account growth in-line with business objectives, ensuring to nurture accounts and form longstanding relationships
3. Acting as the point of contact for existing and new accounts, ensuring that key information is provided and that customer queries are dealth with in a timely, helpful and proactive manner
