Our client is a boutique luxury hotel in North Norfolk—an elegant blend of countryside charm and contemporary style. The property features two distinctive dining concepts: one offering refined, high-end cuisine and another providing a relaxed brasserie experience. Both operate under the guidance of an exceptional Executive Chef known for produce-driven, flavour-focused cooking and a commitment to precision. Recently recognised with a Michelin Key, the hotel is continuing to elevate its guest experience with the ambition of becoming one of the region’s leading hospitality destinations. The Opportunity We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on Restaurant Manager to take ownership of service across both dining outlets. This role acts as the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, working in close partnership with the Head Chef and the senior F&B leadership to deliver warm, consistent, and polished service. This is an exciting chance to lead from the front, support and develop a talented team, and be part of a fast-growing brand that is gaining significant attention within Norfolk’s hospitality scene. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day operations across both restaurant concepts * Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals * Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional food presentation * Maintain standards in line with Michelin expectations and the venue’s relaxed yet refined ethos * Manage rotas, stock, reservations, training, and guest feedback * Support the F&B Manager in driving performance, consistency, and guest satisfaction * Ensure every guest experience reflects the ambition to become one of Norfolk’s top dining destinations About You * Proven experience in restaurant or bar management within a high-quality hospitality environment * A natural leader with a hands-on approach * Highly organised, detail-focused, and dedicated to exceptional guest service * Passionate about food, wine, and hospitality excellence * Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to grow with an evolving business Package * Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per year (DOE) * Contract: Full-time * Benefits: * Complimentary staff meals and generous discounts * Clear career progression opportunities within a growing group * Be part of an inspiring team focused on achieving the highest standards If you’re a driven hospitality professional ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to discuss this opportunity with you.
