We’re looking for an FM Service Manager to take the lead in delivering a safe, efficient and customer-focused Facilities Management service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our buildings and services run smoothly while championing quality, compliance and great customer experiences.
As our FM Service Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of FM services and maintenance activities.
You will:
* Champion a strong service culture, ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.
* Manage and motivate contractors and trade operatives to deliver high-quality work.
* Oversee compliance with all statutory, regulatory and health & safety requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections and reporting.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks before they become issues.
* Manage budgets and ensure value for money from suppliers and contractors.
* Work closely with the FM Contracts Manager and wider teams to enhance service performance.
* Lead investigations and responses to customer complaints.
* Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Oversee reactive and planned maintenance delivery via our CAFM system.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* SMSTS (or willingness to achieve it in post).
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
