What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable process, from invoicing through to cash collection
* Proactively chasing outstanding payments and reducing overdue debt
* Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams
* Resolving invoice queries and managing disputes confidently and professionally
* Monitoring customer credit limits and helping to minimise financial risk
* Working closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly
* Providing regular updates and insights on debtor positions
* Improving credit control processes and suggesting smarter ways of working
* Taking ownership when things don’t go to plan and driving solutions
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (UK-based experience)
* Confident using Excel and Office 365
* Experience with SAP and/or Power BI would be a bonus
* A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and dealing with customers
