About the position
* Responsible for the smooth running of all the F&B outlets
* Oversee the management of the kitchen & Back of House
* Manage and train staff to the highest level
* Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
* Assume responsibility of the operations, stock takes and financial results
* Report directly to the General Manager
The successful candidate
* Experience as a Duty F&B Manager a must
* Experience with high volume a must
* A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
* A high level of customer service
* Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
* Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
