Admin/Contract Support Manager

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with the Estates Operations Team, providing an administrative and contract support service. Key responsibilities include:
* Co‑ordinating meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and papers, taking accurate minutes and ensuring actions are followed up within agreed timescales.
* Maintaining accurate records and data across departmental IT systems.
* Administering and monitoring labour management systems, contracts, service level agreements, ordering, recharging, invoicing processes and providing cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
* Supporting the training and induction of new staff and guiding less experienced colleagues.
The role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a flexible, proactive approach. The post holder will prioritize a demanding workload, work under pressure and deliver high quality work.
Person Specification
Education
* Good general education including GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
* NVQ Level 4 in Administration or equivalent.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience of minute taking.
* Previous office experience in the last two years.
* Previous NHS experience.
* Knowledge of administrative procedures and excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
* Knowledge of NHS systems such as ESR and ELFS desirable.
