Denma Cleaning Services is a family-run commercial cleaning company providing professional services across the South Coast and beyond. We're looking for a proactive and flexible General Operations Assistant to work closely with our Area Manager, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What you’ll be doing: • Assisting the Area Manager with delegated tasks • Visiting client sites to support cleaning teams and check standards • Covering cleaning duties where required • Helping with recruitment tasks such as interviews and inductions • Supporting with stock checks, site paperwork, and audits What we’re looking for: • Someone organised, reliable, and hands-on • Able to adapt to different tasks – no two days are the same • Good communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach • Full UK driving licence (essential – travel required) What we offer: • £28,000 annual salary • Company vehicle / mileage allowance • Company mobile phone • Supportive family-run business environment • Opportunity to learn and grow within the company If you’re motivated, flexible, and ready to support a busy Area Manager in keeping our clients happy, we’d love to hear from you!
