Exciting Clinical Director opportunity at a well-established 10 vet practice in Blackburn.
Are you a Clinical Director looking for the next challenge in your career, or an experienced vet seeking your first step into management? If you live near Blackburn or are considering relocating, this opportunity might be perfect for you!
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated vet with a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience to join a large 10-vet practice in Blackburn. The role involves both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, including team organization, motivation, and maintaining high clinical standards. You will have the full support of other managers and a central support team, including Area Lead Vets, Operations, HR, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
To assist with your management duties, guaranteed and protected admin time will be allocated weekly. Many team members have progressed through certificates and CPD training, so career development is encouraged.
The shift pattern is designed to suit those with outside interests, offering a set day off weekly and no out-of-hours duties, as these are managed by a nearby hospital within the same group.
The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including monitoring equipment, electrosurgical units, orthopaedic theatre, ophthalmic kits, and access to advanced imaging like CT and MRI within the group.
Leadership experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training and support are provided. The package includes a competitive salary up to £63,000, private healthcare after qualifying, generous holiday allowance, discounts, and more.
