Salary: £45,000 to £75,000
A respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in Exeter. The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
* Company, partnership, director, and shareholder disputes
* Commercial contract disputes and corporate transactions
* International arbitration and insolvency matters
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
* Advising clients and attending mediations, hearings, and trials
* Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
* 1-5 years PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
* Willingness to attend client meetings and external events
