Role Overview
The students have a split timetable in regular classes and small groups. This approach enables them to maximize their school time and raise their attainment levels. The role is designed to engage students, build resilience, and provide a foundation for rapid academic progress.
Position Details
We are seeking to appoint multiple full-time Behaviour Mentors to work across the secondary school.
Requirements for Success
* Current DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* Confidence in working with students in small groups and 1:1 settings
* Relevant experience working with children (or adults) with special educational needs
* A passion for working with children and young people in SEN settings
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle
* Minimum of Level 2 qualification or equivalent
Ideal Background
This role is ideal for someone with experience in an SEN setting and a desire to develop further. Candidates with backgrounds in healthcare, support work, or sports coaching are also encouraged to apply.
