Job Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Vetting

It is vital that you have a full 5‑year checkable employment/education history, failure to meet this could result in offer withdrawal or employment termination.

Main Duties

• Deliver industry leading customer service
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support crime and stock loss reduction
• Liaise with store management teams
• Co‑operate with police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction in store
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to increase safety and reduce crime
