We are looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef to join our tight-knit team and treat this kitchen as their own. Since taking over in October, we’ve replaced over 75% of our equipment, including new ovens and HexClad pans to ensure our chefs have the best tools to work with authentic Italian ingredients. You won't just be executing a spec; you’ll have a real voice in shaping our main and tasting menus. We operate as a family here, which means we actually look after you: if you work Christmas or New Year, both you and your partner are welcomed to join us for the celebrations.
