We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work as part of a flexible team providing responsive data support for Planning & Resources across all colleges within Education Partnership North East. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of the FE sector, however training will be provided on this. You will be required to provide an effective and efficient service to students, staff and other stakeholders across the college, providing guidance on curriculum planning as well as supporting Curriculum using the appropriate software to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Role Responsibilities
* Work closely with curriculum teams to deliver a robust and accurate curriculum plan.
* Work with Compliance Officers and other MIS Data Service Managers in identifying and resolving issues with data quality/integrity as a result of errors/warnings generated by the funding returns and associated audit and monitoring tools.
* Work flexibly as part of the wider MIS team, contributing to the overall delivery of data processes, systems and procedures in order to ensure that a high-quality support service is provided to staff.
* Ensure compliance with funding rules/requirements.
* Will be required to travel between various sites.
* Level 3 in an Administration/Data/Business related subject
* GCSE English and Mathematics grade A - C (4+) or equivalent
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience of working in a similar role.
* Experience of using PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Excel.
* Experience of providing advice and guidance on data or technical issues.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Able to work independently and prioritise own workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
£24,309 to £25,428 per annum
