We are looking to recruit a permanent, full-time, Senior Paralegal with an excellent track record in the field of personal injury litigation to assist two Partners with their busy multi track litigated caseloads.
Key responsibilities will include client and third‑party contact, attending meetings and taking notes, drafting correspondence, preparing court documents and applications, reviewing medical records and reports, conducting quantum and general research, preparing schedules of loss, and drafting witness statements. The role will also involve general administrative duties such as photocopying, collating court bundles, diary management, and processing invoices.
HJA has a national reputation and we provide our Solicitors and Paralegals with varied, challenging caseloads which frequently include high profile cases.

The successful candidate will have good experience in a supporting litigation role, be an excellent litigator with good attention to detail in addition to good communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a team, to work well under pressure, deal effectively with deadlines, learn quickly and have experience of a case management system.
Applicants must have at least three years’ relevant personal injury experience and demonstrable experience of assisting senior fee earners with multi‑track personal injury cases across a broad range of matters.
