Role Summary:
The Brighton office is seeking a Lawyer (1–3 PQE) to join its Commercial Real Estate team. This is a busy and varied role involving development, investment, and landlord & tenant work, as well as asset management and portfolio transactions. Working alongside experienced Partners, you’ll benefit from, structured training, and opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases building technical expertise and client exposure.
• Manage your own caseload working to agreed targets and deadlines.
• Provide clear, timely advice to clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Support business development initiatives, such as drafting articles, attending networking events, and contributing to seminars.
• Maintain accurate financial and case records, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• 1–3 PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong understanding of landlord & tenant, property development, and investment transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver advice clearly and accessibly.
• Confident IT skills, including case management and billing systems.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and client-focused approach.
