A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school based in Amesbury is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
* Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience or strong placement experience within KS1 or KS2
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Be committed to raising standards and improving pupil outcomes
* Show enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to teaching
* Be a reflective practitioner with a passion for continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
