As the business experiences continued growth, they are now searching for an Head of Ecommerceto join their expanding team and take ownership of online trading and platform performance. The marketing team currently includes four dedicated professionals, and significant investment is being made into digital channels.

Position Overview:
What You'll Own
Online Store Management
* Keep Shopify stores (across multiple brands) accurate and engaging-updating products, pricing, offers, and banners.
* Manage catalog operations, stock levels, and product uploads across hundreds of SKUs.
* Oversee integrations and apps that support seamless data flow, trading operations, and backend systems.
Marketplace Strategy
* Amazon (highly desirable): Own our presence-optimize listings, boost visibility, and drive growth.
* TikTok Shop (desirable): Explore and expand this channel-ensure an optimized, consistent experience across all marketplaces.
Performance & Optimization
* Apply SEO best practices to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
* Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (desirable).
* Track key metrics-traffic, conversion, sales performance, ROI-and drive decisions with insights from customer behavior and competitor trends.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Marketing on campaign activation across all platforms.
* Coordinate with Sales to align on offers, launches, and promotions.
* Ensure seamless execution of email marketing, creative assets, and product visuals.
Who You Are
* 3+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer e‑commerce role.
* Proficient with Shopify (essential); experience with Amazon Seller Central (highly desirable).
* SEO-savvy with strong keyword and technical optimization skills.
* Analytically driven, with a record of improving conversions and ROI.
* Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms (desirable).
* Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other marketplace platforms (desirable).
* Comfortable managing large product catalogs across multiple brands.
* A problem-solver who is commercially driven and result-oriented.
