Experienced Residential Property Manager required in Brighton to oversee a large portfolio, deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a large portfolio of residential properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation Conducting property visits and inspections where required Maintaining accurate records and property management systems Prioritising workload to meet deadlines and service standards Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property management Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident team player with a professional approach Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload Strong relationship-building skills with landlords and tenants Up-to-date knowledge of relevant property legislation (or willingness to learn) Full UK driving licence What's In It For You?
