Dulse & Brose at the Bosville Hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye are looking for a Sous Chef with the following skills:

* Support and follow the leadership of our Head Chef in daily service
* Be involved inmenu developmentand new dish creation
* Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
* Maintain high levels ofkitchen hygiene, safety, and efficiency
* Work collaboratively with a forward-thinking and passionate team

We’re seeking someone with:

* Apositive, can-do attitudeand the ambition to develop
* Strong kitchen skills and a desire to consistently produce high-quality food
* A team-first mentality, loyalty, and honesty
* A focus on the “bigger picture” — not just great cooking, but great leadership

We can offer:

£35,000 per annum

Equal share of 10% service charge & cash tips

Up to 5% of their salary bonus based on KPI’s paid in November
