Dulse & Brose at the Bosville Hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye are looking for a Sous Chef with the following skills:
* Support and follow the leadership of our Head Chef in daily service
* Be involved inmenu developmentand new dish creation
* Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
* Maintain high levels ofkitchen hygiene, safety, and efficiency
* Work collaboratively with a forward-thinking and passionate team
We’re seeking someone with:

We can offer:
£35,000 per annum
Equal share of 10% service charge & cash tips
Up to 5% of their salary bonus based on KPI’s paid in November
