Our client, an independent company based in Fareham, seeks an experienced Life Insurance Sales Professional with a minimum of 12 months experience - advisory knowledge is essential.

The Role:
1. Sell Life Insurance policies from top UK life insurance providers
2. Make outbound calls to warm leads
3. Effectively negotiate with clients, colleagues, and any necessary third-party representatives
4. Work towards sales targets and KPIs
5. Accurately record all relevant information and documentation
6. Work within compliance guidelines and ethically with no mis-selling of products
Skills and Knowledge:
1. Experience selling Protection or Life Insurance policies (at least 12 months)
2. Experience working in a consultative sales environment
3. The ability to work towards sales targets
4. Confidence to make and take inbound and outbound calls
5. First-class customer service skills, ensuring the customer's best interests are at the heart of everything you do.
The location has excellent transport links and is a modern comfortable office environment.
Working Hours:
9.30am - 5.30pm/6pm Monday to Friday
Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary OTE - £60K (Realistic first year)
