We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support our expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and project teams to improve supply chain efficiency, contribute to cost savings, analyze and model operational processes, identify pain points, develop solutions, and support their implementation.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in supply chain modeling and design across various industries in an international setting. Domestic travel may be required based on project needs.
Responsibilities include:
1. Client Engagement: Understanding client challenges, objectives, and needs.
2. Analysis and Assessment: Evaluating current supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
3. Solution Development: Creating tailored strategies and action plans to address client challenges.
4. Implementation Support: Assisting clients in executing recommended solutions.
5. Performance Metrics: Establishing KPIs to monitor solution effectiveness.
6. Continuous Improvement: Providing ongoing guidance to adapt to market and technological changes.
7. Technical Expertise: Staying updated with the latest supply chain technologies and practices.
8. Solution Design: Collaborating on process optimization, technology integration, and workflow redesign.
9. Client Presentation: Clearly presenting solutions and recommendations.
10. Project Management: Managing multiple projects ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
11. Change Management: Supporting organizational change initiatives.
12. Documentation: Preparing detailed reports and plans.
13. Negotiations & Cost Analysis: Engaging with suppliers and optimizing costs.
Qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; certifications like Coupa, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma are advantageous; 4-6 years of relevant experience; proficiency in supply chain tools and languages; and willingness to travel.
