About the role
1. Support learners aged 16–25 with a variety of learning difficulties and disabilities.
2. Provide academic support, pastoral care, and assist with personal care needs when required.
3. Work in small groups and one‑to‑one settings, helping students build confidence, independence, and employability skills.
4. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes.
