You'll play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, supporting stakeholders, and developing high-quality proposals that win new business. With structured training and dedicated mentorship, you'll gain first-hand experience across the full bid and proposal process while developing commercial skills that are highly valued in many industries.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the preparation and submission of bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and tender documents.
* Organising meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating teams involved in the proposal process.
* Proofreading and editing content to ensure clear, accurate, and professional submissions.
* Learning to use bid software, CRM systems, and knowledge libraries to manage information.
* Assisting with compliance checks, resource planning, and strategy development for winning bids.
* Developing an understanding of commercial strategies, contract management, and customer engagement.
What we're looking for:
* A motivated, detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
* A team player with interpersonal awareness and flexibility.
* Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward developing new skills.
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, ideally including English and Maths.
* No prior experience in bid and proposal management required, full training will be provided.
